From November 25th to 29th, after a week of intense work, our company successfully completed the on-site safety audit organized by the China Chemical Safety Association. The purpose of this audit is to thoroughly implement the "Notice of the Provincial Emergency Management Department on Issuing the Work Plan for Safety Audit of Chemical and Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises in Jiangsu Province" and the internal "Three Year Action Plan for Jiangsu Dynamic Chemical Co., Ltd. to Tackle the Root Cause".
During the audit period, an audit team consisting of 7 senior experts conducted a comprehensive and meticulous review of 7 sets of production equipment, storage and transportation areas, and their auxiliary projects in the company's two factory areas through a series of scientific and rigorous methods, such as on-site inspections, communication interviews, and personnel capability tests. The audit covers 24 elements from six major professional fields, including safety management, overall layout and design, process management, equipment management, electrical and instrumentation management, and fire management. It is strictly evaluated and scored in four stages: planning (P), execution (D), inspection (C), and continuous improvement (A).
At the final meeting on the afternoon of November 29th, the relevant leaders of Nanjing Emergency Bureau and Jiangbei New Area Emergency Bureau listened to the work reports of the audit team and the company on safety auditing. Guo Yanqiu, Deputy Director of Nanjing Emergency Management Bureau, affirmed the significant progress made by the company in safety work in recent years, while also pointing out the shortcomings and directions of the company's efforts in safety management.
